Some corporate business portraits form a recent Shooting Stars PR shoot of Mike Kennedy from Hillcrest.

Mike Kennedy has been in the property industry for three decades, starting his career as an estate agent and progressing to Director of Land and New Homes at Bridgfords.  In 2002, he joined Hillcrest Homes as Sales Director before being promoted to Managing Director in 2003. Under his leadership, the Hillcrest brand has been repositioned as a leading developer of original and innovative luxury residences, claiming numerous accolades including many LABC ‘Built in Quality’ awards and the title of ‘Best One Off’ property in the country.

Since 1985, Hillcrest Homes has been creating properties of architectural distinction in the sought-after locations of South Manchester and Cheshire, establishing a reputation for excellence and an impressive portfolio of properties that are individually designed and beautifully crafted.

Be it an ambitious new development of contemporary apartments rising from the debris of a former tram depot, characterful town houses within an established neighbourhood or a show stopping art-deco style mansion in a style-conscious suburb, Hillcrest repeatedly demonstrates its ability to master architecture and to balance function and form to create homes that are in harmony with their environment and that perfectly match the requirements of the discerning population that live there.

Hillcrest’s finest examples include Sleepy Hollow, Old Braestead, Wood House, Graythwaite and Heron’s Brook in Prestbury, Wrenwood, Maybury and Annersley in Hale, Chantreys and Little Meadows in Alderley Edge, Portland Place in Bowdon, Littledales Park in Hartford, Vermont Gardens in Cheadle Hulme, Vernon Place in Poynton, The Square and Avenir in Didsbury and The Gallery in Whalley Range.
